Payments can take from 24-72 hours to be processed, so please be patient, once payment is received the order will then be processed and handled accordingly. Payments must be done within 48 hours after the order is placed or else the order will be cancelled. Delivery orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days after payment is received. NO CASH ON DELIVERY! Payments for pick up orders which require assembly must be done beforehand, once paid the assembly is done within 7 working days and the customer will be contacted for pick up. Please have your order number available at pick up along with a form of ID.
When doing the bank transfer/deposit please ensure to use your name and order number in the remarks or comment section at your respective bank or banking app. Once the transfer is completed it is mandatory that a copy of the payment receipt is sent to 474-2098 via WhatsApp, if this instruction is not followed the order will take longer to process and may even go into cancellation.
