Disclaimer:

The terms and conditions must be read & accepted before the customer purchases an item from via this website. Therefore, it must be read carefully and approved by the customer before any further processing of the order can take place.

Prices:

  • All prices on the website are final prices with tax included.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Delivery is an additional charge calculated based on item and area. Delivery costs ranges from $35.00 to $250.00 and in some cases it can be more, our team will contact you to inform if any additional delivery charges are required to fulffll the order.
  • Professional assembly offered for select items at an additional charge. Assembly charges range from $50.00 to $500.00.  The yes or no assembly checkbox must be selected before proceeding to checkout.

Online Payments:

  • All Payments are to be done beforehand. The customer must pay for the item/s and additional fees either assembly or delivery fee at once. We do not accept ANY payment upon delivery.
  • Secure Payment Methods – Can be paid for using credit card, visa debit card, direct bank transfer or bank deposit.
  • We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted.
  • No credit or debit card information is stored on our website, and we are utilizing a secure payment gateway (First Atlantic Commerce) which is responsible for processing such payments and charges.

Order Processing:

  • We at Brand Source have the final approval when it comes processing and completing an order.
  • Stock Availability – Brand Source has the right to refund an order if an item is out of stock. Customer will be contacted firstly to confirm.
  • Orders can be cancelled and refunded if the customer’s delivery or assembly demands cannot be met.

Shipping  Options:

  • We do not have any form of payment on delivery. All payments must be done beforehand.
  • Pickup at store – When an order is processed and completed, the customer will be contacted to inform them that their item is available for pickup. Once contacted, customers have 5 business days maximum to collect their item. If not collected within that time the item will be sold and refunded, with a 15% restocking fee attached.
  • Delivery is an additional charge calculated based on item and area. Delivery costs ranges from $35.00 to $250.00 and in some cases it can be more, our team will contact you to inform if any additional delivery charges are required to fulffll the order.
  • Delivery on disassembled items under 60lbs can be done within 2-3 business days within Trinidad and 3-5 business days to Tobago .
  • Delivery of larger items are carried out by our in-house vehicles. This can take 7-10 business days and can extend to 10-14 business days in our busier times.

Return Policy:

  • 72 hour claim period is given for customers with damaged pieces or missing parts. To claim please return with the damaged item only if applicable, must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase
  • 15% Restocking Fee – Customer incurs a 15% restocking fee for items being returned. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
