All medical equipment sales are final due to health and hygiene regulations. Only items with verified manufacturer defects, reported within 72 hours of receipt and with proof of purchase, are eligible for repair or replacement (no refunds). Defects caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect are not covered. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories; if packaging is damaged, replacement costs may apply.
